Hello, I am Sara Perretta.
I am a Human Relations Therapist and a member of the RITMA Association.
I have 15 years of experience working within the health and social services industry. Empathy is a value embedded in my practice as a therapist. As a therapist, I help people navigate through the ups and downs of life.
My experience allows me to help people identify and meet their therapeutic goals. Creating a safe place to feel heard, understood, and supported through their process.

Life has many twists and turns. You may be dealing with stress from work or personal situations affecting your daily life. This may be causing you to feel disconnected, unable to concentrate, and unfocused.
We go through many transitions in life and navigating through that can be very stressful. We work together to create processes to help you work through these situations.

I provide 1:1 therapy sessions, which you may attend in person at my office.
Most insurances will cover your sessions, depending on the insurance company and policy. Please check with your insurance provider for verification.
Services are provided for individuals residing in the province of Quebec.
